Manage Customer Privacy Requests
What does this do for me?
When a customer asks about their data, Shopify sends a data request to Abandoned Cart Pro on your behalf. This page lets you download each prepared JSON export and hand it to the customer through your own privacy-response process.Before you begin
The Customer privacy requests page requires the Shopify store account owner.1. Open the page
- Open Support in Abandoned Cart Pro.
- Select Customer privacy requests, or open the page directly from Support.
2. Review prepared exports
Each row shows the Request ID, the Customer, when it was Received, its Status (Ready, Downloaded, or Unable to identify), and an Export action.3. Download an export
- Select Download JSON on a ready request.
- The file downloads to your computer. The status becomes Downloaded.
