Bulk Convert Checkouts to Draft Orders

What does this do for me?

Bulk conversion turns several selected abandoned checkouts into draft orders in a single action, with a separate result for each cart so one failure does not stop the rest.

Before you begin

Bulk conversion counts against your monthly conversion limit on the Free plan. Pro and Advanced have unlimited conversions. Cart conversion is available to authorized staff.

1. Select checkouts

1. On Abandoned checkouts, tick the checkbox on each row you want, or tick the header checkbox to Select all checkouts.
2. The action bar shows a button reading Convert N checkouts to draft orders.
3. Select Clear selection to start over.

2. Run the batch

1. Select Convert N checkouts to draft orders.
2. Review the result panel:
   • A success banner lists how many draft orders were created.
   • If some failed, a warning panel lists the counts, the affected checkout IDs, and whether each error can be retried.
3. If any row is retryable, use its retry action to submit only the retryable checkouts again.

Every checkout is processed independently, so a failure on one cart is recorded per cart and does not abort the batch.

Plan note

On Free, bulk conversion is limited to 25 draft conversions per month. The page header shows how many you have used.
