Configure Recovery Coupons

What does this do for me?

Recovery coupons apply a discount automatically to draft orders created from abandoned checkouts, giving shoppers a nudge to complete the sale.

Before you begin

Recovery coupons require the Pro $4.99 plan. Saving them requires the account owner.

1. Open the coupon settings

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Recovery coupons.

2. Configure the coupon

  1. Tick Enable recovery coupons.
  2. Choose Coupon type - Percent off or Fixed amount off.
  3. Set the value in the Percent off or Fixed amount off field.
  4. Optionally set a Minimum subtotal (optional).
  5. Set Apply from step to control which reminder step first carries the coupon.
  6. Set a Code prefix (default RECOVER).
  7. Select Save coupon settings.
The banner confirms “Recovery coupon saved.” or “Recovery coupons disabled.”
