Manage your plan and billing

What does this do for me?

Billing is where you choose a plan, switch between billing frequencies, and see exactly which features your current tier includes. Paid plans are billed through Shopify, so you approve the charge on Shopify’s secure screen.

Choose a plan

  1. Open Billing in the app nav.
  2. Under Billing frequency, choose Monthly or Annual.
  3. Under Plans, review each tier and select the action button:
    • Upgrade to Basic or Upgrade to Pro to move up.
    • Downgrade to [plan] to move down.
    • Switch to [billing frequency] to change cadence.
    • A tier you already have shows Selected.
Selecting a paid plan opens Shopify’s secure approval screen. You are charged only after you approve.

Plans and what they include

Trial eligibility

Basic and Pro each offer a 14-day introductory trial to a shop with no recorded prior trial. The trial is one time for the shop across the paid plans. After Shopify confirms an active trial, the app records its first start time and keeps that history across cancellation and uninstall, so the shop does not get another trial afterwards.

Downgrade to Free

Selecting Downgrade to Free opens a Cancel your paid plan? confirmation. Downgrading cancels any active recurring charge and returns the app to Free immediately after you confirm. Select Keep current plan to stay.

Developer stores

On a verified Shopify development store, the Billing page shows a Testing controls card with an Effective plan override instead of real charges. This control is not shown to real merchants.
