Review the audit log

What does this do for me?

The audit log records every price edit, void, and store-credit issuance for your store, per location and per staff member. Use it to answer “who changed what, and when.”

1. Open the audit log

Open the app’s Audit log page. Recent events are also summarized on the dashboard’s recent-activity feed.

2. Filter the events

Filter the list by:
  • Type — price edit, void, or store credit.
  • Location.
  • Date range, with a start and end date.

3. Page through history

The list is paginated. Each page shows a set number of events, and the page controls move between older and newer entries.

4. Export history

The Audit log page is for review; exports run from the operations tools. The audit export downloads JSON on the Professional plan, and the accounting-ready CSV export requires Enterprise. CSV fields are quoted, and text that begins like a formula is neutralised before download so it cannot run in a spreadsheet. The audit log requires a current Starter-or-higher entitlement.
