Use the operations tools
What does this do for me?
The operations tools page collects the per-staff inventory write and its recent history, the weighted-price (sell by weight) calculator, and the file exports. These capabilities are Professional and Enterprise.1. Open operations tools
Open the app’s Operations tools page.2. Record an inventory count
- Enter the variant ID, and the SKU, quantity before, quantity after, and reason.
- Save the count. The recent history list refreshes after a successful write.
- If the write fails, a manual retry is available and the same record is not written twice.
3. Calculate a weighted sale
Enter the SKU and unit (kg, lb, oz, or g), the unit price, an optional tare weight, and the gross weight. The calculator returns the subtotal. A non-positive gross weight or unit price is reported on that field, and a tare weight at or above the gross weight is reported on the tare field.4. Export files
- Inventory history downloads from the inventory export action (Professional).
- Audit export downloads on the Professional plan; the accounting-ready CSV version requires Enterprise.
- Fiscal export produces an EU fiscal file for the TSE, RKSV, or DSFinV-K provider. Fiscal export is an Enterprise capability.
