Campaign Conductor Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Campaign Conductor. Installing or using the app on behalf of a store means you agree to them and have authority to bind that store.
Effective and last updated: September 4, 2026
1. The service
Pcnaid Inc. provides Campaign Conductor, a Shopify application that lets merchants configure, schedule, execute, and roll back promotional changes such as product visibility, discounts, variant pricing, product tags, storefront messaging, and consent-based campaign email. Some features depend on the selected plan, approved Shopify scopes, provider availability, or an expressly identified feature flag.
Shopify is a separate company and is not a party to these terms. Your use of Shopify remains subject to your agreements with Shopify. Campaign Conductor does not control Shopify APIs, stores, billing infrastructure, reviews, or third-party services.
2. Eligibility and account authority
You must be legally able to enter a contract and authorized to act for the store. Keep Shopify accounts secure and promptly remove access from people who no longer need it. Store staff may use campaign functions when Shopify grants app access, but only the store account owner can approve, change, or cancel app billing.
3. Merchant responsibilities
- Review campaign timing, products, prices, discount conditions, audience, and content before scheduling.
- Maintain lawful rights to products, themes, trademarks, content, contact data, and instructions submitted to the app.
- Send marketing messages only where permitted and maintain all notices, consent, suppression, sender-identification, and other obligations applicable to the store. The app’s consent and suppression controls assist but do not replace the merchant’s legal responsibilities.
- Maintain a current Shopify store and compatible Online Store where a storefront feature is used.
- Monitor scheduled campaigns and promptly pause or cancel a campaign if its result is unexpected.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
Available plans, prices, billing interval, trial duration, and charge details are shown in the app and on Shopify’s approval screen before a charge is accepted. Paid charges are created and administered through Shopify’s billing system. A store can receive at most one first-paid trial; cancelling, reinstalling, or resubscribing does not create another trial.
The store owner can upgrade, change cadence, downgrade, or cancel from the app’s Billing page. Shopify controls invoicing, currency presentation, applicable taxes, proration, and charge history. Cancellation stops paid plan access according to the provider-confirmed billing state. Except where law or Shopify’s billing rules require otherwise, charges already incurred are not refundable. Contact support promptly if the plan shown by the app differs from Shopify’s charge history.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Campaign Conductor to:
- break law, Shopify policy, or another person’s rights;
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited messages;
- upload malware or attempt to bypass authentication, plan limits, rate limits, or tenant isolation;
- probe or interfere with another merchant’s data, the service, or its providers;
- misrepresent prices, scarcity, endorsements, reviews, or campaign results; or
- resell or reverse engineer the hosted service except where applicable law expressly permits.
We may restrict functionality reasonably necessary to protect merchants, buyers, providers, or the service; comply with law or Shopify requirements; or respond to a material breach. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
6. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, secure, update, or discontinue features. We will not silently sell a feature explicitly labelled unavailable. Scheduled execution depends on Shopify, hosting, database, queue, network, and other provider systems. Review the app after provider incidents and keep an operational fallback for time-sensitive promotions.
7. Data and privacy
The merchant retains its rights in store and campaign data and instructs Pcnaid to process it to provide the service. You grant Pcnaid only the rights needed to host, transmit, transform, back up, secure, and otherwise process that data for Campaign Conductor. Our Privacy Policy explains data categories, subprocessors, retention, compliance webhooks, and privacy-request channels.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Pcnaid and its licensors retain rights in Campaign Conductor, its software, branding, and documentation. These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service for the store while the agreement remains active. If you provide feedback, Pcnaid may use it without obligation, but will not identify you publicly without permission.
9. Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaign Conductor is provided “as is” and “as available.” Pcnaid disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pcnaid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data. Pcnaid’s aggregate liability arising from Campaign Conductor will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the app fees paid by the affected store during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the merchant will defend and indemnify Pcnaid against third-party claims arising from the merchant’s content, campaign instructions, unlawful marketing, breach of these terms, or violation of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by Pcnaid’s breach or misconduct.
12. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time; cancel a paid plan from Billing to ensure its Shopify charge is cancelled. Sections intended by their nature to survive will remain in effect. Data is handled after uninstall and signed redaction requests as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and general terms
These terms are governed by Texas law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Tarrant County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. A waiver must be explicit. These terms and referenced policies are the agreement for Campaign Conductor unless a separate written agreement signed by Pcnaid applies.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will update the date above. We will provide appropriate advance notice when a material change requires it. Questions may be sent to support@pcnaid.com or Pcnaid Inc., 752 N Main St #2194, Mansfield, Texas 76063, United States.
