Configure settings and email
What does this do for me?
The Settings page is where you confirm you have reviewed the app’s configuration, check your campaign email usage, set up the smart intent popup storefront embed, and reach the workflow settings for automation, Advanced workflows, and integrations.Review campaign settings
- Open Settings in the app.
- Under Campaign settings review, select Mark settings as reviewed. This confirms you reviewed the campaign, storefront, email, workflow, and policy settings.
- Only the Shopify store owner can mark settings as reviewed. The page shows when you last reviewed the settings.
Check campaign email delivery
Under Campaign email delivery, the page shows the Advanced email status and how many of your monthly campaign emails you have used this period.- Emails are sent to your customer segments on Pcnaid’s delivery infrastructure. There is no email API key to connect — you add a subject and body on each campaign.
- Emails are only sent to customers who have opted in to email marketing, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- Keep the physical postal address under Shopify Admin → Settings → Store details complete. If that address is incomplete, delivery stops before using any quota.
- On Free and Pro, use Shopify’s native email marketing for customer emails. To send fully customizable campaign emails, upgrade to Advanced and select View plans.
Set up the smart intent popup embed
Under Storefront theme extension setup, you activate the Advanced smart intent popup app embed on a published theme.- Choose a Theme — the live theme is selected by default.
- Review the Activate or deactivate steps and the Block settings described for the embed.
- Select Activate Smart intent popup to open the theme editor for the selected theme.
- Enable and save the app embed in the theme editor.
Workflow settings
The Workflow settings section links to the other admin screens:- Automation — blackout windows, reusable templates, and lifecycle alerts.
- Advanced workflows — multi-store calendars, approvals, and release bundles.
- Integrations — developer API, outbound webhooks, and Slack notifications.
