This Cookie Policy explains how Pcnaid Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on the Pcnaid Lifecycle Manager website and dashboard services.

2. Strictly Necessary Operational Cookies Only

We adhere to a strict data minimization policy. We do not use third-party marketing, ad-targeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookies utilized on our platform are essential for service operation:
  • Session Authentication (__session): Encrypted session identifier issued upon merchant login via Auth0, necessary to verify authorization and protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
  • Security Tokens (cf_clearance): Cloudflare security cookies used to distinguish legitimate browser traffic from automated bot attacks and prevent DDoS disruptions.
  • Theme Preference: Local client preference indicator storing user interface theme selection (dark or light mode).
On merchant checkout subdomains (e.g., applepay.merchantstore.com or pay.lifecyclemanager.app), third-party advertising cookies and session replay cookies are strictly prohibited. Single-use cart verification nonces are retained ephemerally in Worker memory and are discarded immediately upon session completion.
