Configure account settings
What does this do for me?
The settings page lets you update your profile, manage your organization, set notification preferences, configure security options, manage AI settings, sync your calendar, and connect integrations.Open settings
- Sign in at
entityshield.app. - Select Settings in the sidebar.
Available settings tabs
- Profile — update your display name, email, time zone, locale, and avatar.
- Organization — view or update your organization information.
- White-Label — configure custom branding if your plan supports it.
- Notifications — choose which events trigger email or in-app notifications.
- Security — review your account security options.
- AI — configure AI assistant settings and model preferences.
- Calendar Sync — connect your Google Calendar to push compliance deadlines.
- Integrations — manage connected services such as Apple Business Connect.
Save changes
Each tab has its own form. Select Save after making changes. Unsaved changes are lost when you switch tabs.Calendar sync
- Select the Calendar Sync tab.
- Select Connect Google Calendar and authorize access.
- Your compliance deadlines and filing due dates are pushed to the connected calendar.
