Use document vault and webhooks
What does this do for me?
The document vault stores files attached to entities, permits, or filings. Files are kept securely on Cloudflare R2. The webhooks page lets you send EntityShield events to your own endpoints.Manage documents
- Sign in at
entityshield.app. - Select Documents in the sidebar.
Upload a document
Select Upload. Choose a file and link it to an entity, permit, or filing. Select Upload to save it to the vault.Search documents
Use the search bar to find documents by name or description. Results update as you type.View or download
Select a document from the list to open its detail view. Select Download to save a copy.Outgoing webhooks
- Select Webhooks in the sidebar. This page is available to users with webhook administration permissions.
- Select Add Endpoint.
- Enter a destination URL and choose which events to subscribe to.
- After creation, the page displays the signing secret. Use this to verify HMAC-SHA256 signatures on received payloads.
Manage endpoints
- Select an endpoint to update its URL or events.
- Use Delete to remove an endpoint.
- Use Test to send a sample event.
- Use Replay to retry a failed delivery.
