The main application has separate pages for the dashboard, entities, permits, locations, filings, renewals, people, tasks, team, compliance, calendar, reports, documents, billing, and profile settings. Which portal should I use?
- Use the main application for account-level entity and compliance administration.
- Use the workspace portal when you received access to a specific entity or location workspace.
- Use the governance portal when you received governance access for an entity.
- The staff portal is reserved for Pcnaid staff operations.
