Use Tools and Enterprise services

What does this do for me?

The Tools hub gathers the plan-gated workflows in one place. Each row shows the tier that unlocks it. Plan-locked tools display their required tier as a badge.

Open a tool

  1. Open Tools. The section Additional workflows lists every tool.
  2. Select a tool to open it, or use the comparison link when a banner names a required plan.
The tools and their required tiers are:
  • Import / export — Bulk import and export companies and B2B customers as CSV. Requires Growth.
  • Market login — Localize the wholesale sign-in and hide-price prompts per market. Requires Growth.
  • Quote requests — Review, price, and convert buyer requests for quote. Requires Premium.
  • VAT / tax rules — Configure tax rates by company, country, and region. Requires Premium.
  • Invoices — Download PDF invoices for B2B draft orders. Requires Premium.
  • API and webhooks — Create API keys and deliver signed outbound webhooks. Requires Premium.
  • ERP connectors — Push B2B companies to your ERP. Requires Premium.
  • Enterprise services — Request SLA terms, custom data models, migrations, and bespoke ERP. Requires Enterprise.
When a plan blocks a tool, its page shows a banner naming the tier, for example Growth feature or Premium feature, with a Compare plans link to Billing.

Submit an Enterprise request

  1. Open Enterprise services.
  2. In Submit a request, set a Request type, and enter a Company name, Contact email, and Requirements.
  3. Select Submit request.
A banner Request submitted confirms the submission and shows a reference you can use when the team follows up. Submitted requests appear in the Submitted requests table with Reference, Type, and Submitted columns.
