Build wholesale price lists

What does this do for me?

A price list groups pricing rules that define B2B prices for products, variants, and collections, then applies to the companies you assign it to.

Create a price list

  1. Open Price lists.
  2. Select Create price list.
  3. In the modal, enter a Name, optional Description, and a Priority. The helper reads Higher-priority lists are evaluated first.
  4. Select Create price list to save.
Free includes one wholesale price tier. Upgrading to Growth removes the limit and adds quantity breaks.

Add a rule

  1. On a price list row, select Add rule.
  2. Under Pricing, choose a Rule type: Percentage discount, Fixed price, or Collection discount.
  3. Enter the matching value: a Fixed price, a Discount percentage, a Currency, and a Minimum quantity.
  4. Under Catalog target, paste the relevant GID: Variant ID (optional), Product ID (optional), or Collection ID.
  5. Save the rule.
The row action Assign companies opens the Assign <price list> modal where you choose a Company and confirm with Assign company. Use Remove rule or Remove assignment to detach a rule or a company.

Understand the table and limits

The table shows Name, Status (Active or Inactive), Priority, Rules, and Actions. When a plan limit blocks an action, the app returns messages such as Free plan includes one wholesale price tier. Upgrade to Growth for unlimited price lists. or Quantity breaks require the Growth plan or higher.
