Review conversations and attribution

What does this do for me?

The Home dashboard shows how shoppers are using the assistant and lets you review recent conversations.

AI answer metrics

The Home dashboard shows AI answer activity for the last 30 days, including answer counts metered through Shopify App Events.

Recent conversations

Review the latest 25 shopper conversations. Each row shows the shopper contact (when available), a first-message preview, and the activity time.

Anonymous shoppers are identified as “Anonymous shopper”
Simulation runs are labeled as “Simulation”
Full session identifiers are available in a tooltip

Order attribution

When a shopper who used the chat completes an order, the order is attributed to the conversation through the anonymous cart token. Attributed orders are metered as assisted revenue events. Attribution records include the order identifier, amount, and currency.
