Pcnaid Inc. (“Pcnaid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates HouseholdOS, a household operations application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information.2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication identifier through Auth0. You control the household name, address, and time zone you provide. Household Data: HouseholdOS stores the data you enter: tasks, chores, calendar events, bills, budget categories and transactions, shopping lists, inventory items, floor plans, notes, documents, contacts, and medical records. This data belongs to your household. Calendar Integration Data: If you connect Google Calendar, we store OAuth tokens (AES-GCM encrypted) and sync event data one-way. Apple Calendar integrations use a read-only ICS feed URL. Bank Data: If you link a bank account through Stripe Financial Connections, we receive account metadata, balances, and transaction history. We never receive unencrypted bank account numbers. Usage Data: We collect anonymized performance telemetry through PostHog and Sentry to improve the application.3. How We Use Information
