Set Up a Dealership

What does this do for me?

This flow creates the dealership group, its first rooftop, an administrator membership, billing state, and an onboarding checklist.
The DealerOS web console is live at https://app.dealeros.pndsvcs.com. Use this as a verified description of the implemented signup flow.

Start the workspace

  1. Open Pricing and select a plan. DealerOS starts signup through Auth0.
  2. On the dealership form, enter the legal name, display name, first rooftop name, and rooftop address.
  3. Complete the Turnstile check and submit the form.
  4. If the email is not verified, use the Auth0 verification email and sign in again.
  5. Open Billing to start the selected trial or continue to Stripe Checkout when billing is configured.

Complete onboarding

The Onboarding screen contains these implemented sections:
  1. Confirm the dealership legal and display names.
  2. Add any other rooftop, including its name, address, and sales hours.
  3. Save a primary color and optional logo URL.
  4. Invite teammates. Choose a role, optionally restrict the invite to one rooftop, and set an expiry from 1 to 30 days. The screen can resend or revoke pending invites.
  5. Enter marketplace dealer details and choose whether publication is enabled. Marketplace terms must be accepted before a listing can publish.
  6. Add the first vehicle manually or use the CSV importer.
  7. Open provider connections or skip the provider step.
  8. Review billing plan status and start a trial or check out.
