Publish a Marketplace Listing

What does this do for me?

Publishing turns an available inventory unit into a public marketplace page and a searchable listing snapshot.

Prepare dealer settings

  1. Open Marketplace.
  2. Enter the public dealer name and marketplace slug.
  3. Add any contact email, phone, website, address, and sales hours you want saved with the dealer settings.
  4. Enable publication and accept the marketplace terms.
  5. Save the settings.

Prepare the vehicle

  1. Open the inventory unit and set its status to Available.
  2. Attach at least one media asset with Public visibility.
  3. In Marketplace offer, enter a headline, description, asking price in cents, currency, and any disclosure notes.
  4. Select Save offer.
  5. Select Publish.
DealerOS refuses publication unless dealer publication is enabled, marketplace terms have been accepted, the inventory status is Available, at least one public media asset exists, and the current plan has remaining listing capacity. After publication, the inventory detail page shows a link to the public page. Select Unpublish to remove the listing from search. Changing the inventory status to Sold triggers the implemented sold-suppression flow, which removes the listing from the search document store.
