These terms govern a merchant’s use of GrowthAgent, operated by Pcnaid Inc. Installing or using the app means the merchant accepts these terms on behalf of its business.

Service

GrowthAgent provides storefront chat, store-knowledge retrieval, optional merchant handoffs, and order-attribution records.

​

Merchant responsibilities

Keep Shopify accounts secure, grant only appropriate access, and review store knowledge, AI answers, and handoff destinations. Do not use the app unlawfully, submit unauthorized personal data, or attempt to bypass access or plan controls.

Plans and billing

Starter and Pro prices are supplied by the app configuration and shown before Shopify subscription approval; recurring subscription charges use a 30-day interval, and the current subscription flow grants no trial days.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, platform failures, and unavailable providers can interrupt it. Features may change with notice required by law or Shopify policy.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pcnaid Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect merchants, the platform, or the service, or for material breach of these terms. A merchant may stop using the service and uninstall it at any time.
