Data we process
AgenticOps stores shop identifiers, encrypted Shopify credentials, subscription state, merchant policies, an optional encrypted OpenAI key, and the configured purchase-order approval email address.
Analysis reads Shopify product titles, tags, inventory and SEO fields, recent order identifiers, dates, financial status, totals and line items, discount information, and shop details.
The app stores analysis runs, recommendations, proposed actions and evidence, execution results, rollback snapshots, and support-request messages.
How we use and share information
Analysis sends the selected modules, enabled policies, and collected store signals to OpenAI to generate recommendations.
Supported execution paths send product SEO changes, product-tag changes, or discount creation requests to Shopify; purchase-order drafts are emailed to the merchant-configured approval address through Resend.
When a support destination is configured, the app sends the shop domain, request type, and submitted support message to that address by email.
Operational telemetry uses Sentry for errors and configured PostHog and Datadog integrations for product events and diagnostics.
Storage and security
Application records use PostgreSQL through Cloudflare Hyperdrive with tenant-scoped transactions, and rollback snapshots and privacy exports use Cloudflare R2.
Shopify credentials and saved merchant OpenAI keys are encrypted before storage.
Retention and deletion
Rollback snapshots have plan-based retention periods of seven days for Core, 30 days for Growth, and 90 days for Pro; cleanup verifies the shop first and protects snapshots involved in a recent rollback.
Customer data requests create exports and email the merchant a signed download link; exports expire after seven days and expired downloads are denied.
Customer redaction removes privacy exports and audit entries matched to the customer or requested orders.
For a confirmed uninstalled shop, shop redaction deletes support requests, snapshots, actions, recommendations, policies, analysis runs, usage records, and the shop record, while retaining redaction receipts and limited audit evidence.
Object deletions are queued for retry, and scheduled cleanup processes expired privacy exports and pending snapshot or privacy-object deletions.
