Review actions and undo changes

What does this do for me?

The Actions page shows the history of changes you have applied, and lets you undo an applied change while a saved backup is still available.

How rollback protection works

Before AgenticOps changes an existing item, it saves the item’s current state. If it cannot save that state, it will not make the change. On Home, the Rollback protection section shows an Enabled badge when this is active. Some changes create new things rather than changing an existing item — for example creating a discount code or sending a purchase-order draft. These have nothing to save beforehand, so they have no automatic undo.

Review your applied changes

Open Actions to see your action history. Each row shows the time, the type of change, its status, and any error detail. To reach records beyond the first page, use the Previous and Next controls.

Undo an applied change

On an executed change, look for the row action next to the change. When a backup is available, the button reads Undo change. Selecting it undoes the applied change. Undo is available only while the saved rollback state allows it. The page shows the current state of each change:
  • Undo change — a backup is available and you can undo.
  • Undo expired — the saved backup reached its retention limit.
  • Undo in progress — wait for the current undo attempt to finish.
  • Undo unavailable — the change has no automatic undo, the outcome is being reconciled, or the saved rollback state is unavailable.

Keep your backups within your plan

Rollback snapshots are kept for a set number of days based on your plan, then removed automatically. After that, the linked change shows Undo expired and cannot be undone. See the plan guide for retention periods.
