AgenticOps subscribes to Shopify webhooks. All webhook requests are HMAC-verified before any handler logic runs; requests that fail verification are rejected.

Signal webhooks

These topics are delivered to /webhooks/signals and feed analysis with store activity:
  • products/create
  • products/update
  • inventory_levels/update
  • orders/create
Deliveries are deduplicated by a body digest per shop. A duplicate body is acknowledged without reprocessing.

GDPR compliance webhooks

customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact are delivered to /webhooks/privacy. The app implements data-export notification, customer redaction, and shop redaction. Shop redaction deletes the shop’s stored records and queues durable artifact deletion, only proceeding after positive evidence that no live session remains.
