Manage the Customer Directory

What does this do for me?

The Customers page imports your Shopify customer list and shows each customer’s real verification status — Verified or Not verified — based on actual verification records.

1. Open Customers

Open Age Verification in Shopify admin.
Select Customers in the app navigation.

2. Import customers

Select Sync customers to pull the shop’s customers from Shopify. The import is cursor-paginated and page-capped. Customers who already exist in the directory are updated.

3. Search and filter

Use the search box to find customers by email, name, or phone number. Use the Verified filter to show only verified or not-verified customers. Search is server-side.

4. View customer details

Select a customer to open their detail page. The detail page shows the customer’s verifications and audit and compliance logs. The customer directory does not render phone numbers in the list view. A “0 imported” banner shows when no customers have been synced.
