TeamCopilot processes information for the Shopify merchant that installs the app.

Information we process

We process Shopify shop and location identifiers, authorized staff identity, team-member contact and role data, schedules, time entries, checklist activity, commission summaries, and integrity signals such as device, IP, and optional location data. We also keep security, billing, webhook, and audit records needed to operate the service.

How we use and share information

We use this information only to provide, secure, support, and improve TeamCopilot. Service providers may process the minimum information needed for hosting, database, monitoring, email, SMS, and AI-assisted scheduling. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and merchant controls

Merchants control team data through the app. Shopify privacy and uninstall requests are verified before they are actioned. Required legal, security, and financial records may be retained for the applicable period; other shop data is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

Privacy requests

Team members should first contact their employer, the Shopify merchant that controls their data. Merchants can contact privacy@pcnaid.com for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
