Support

Never send secrets in a support request

Do not include passwords, Shopify access/session tokens, or payment-card data. Request IDs, UTC timestamps, store domain, and screenshots with personal data removed are the safest evidence.

Contact support

Email Pcnaid Inc. for installation, billing, feature, privacy, or incident help.

Email support@pcnaid.com, check the Shopify status page, or check the Cloudflare status page.

Include this evidence

  • Store domain and the page handle affected, if any.
  • What you expected and what happened.
  • UTC date/time and the action taken in the editor or admin.
  • Request ID from the response or error, if shown.
  • Screenshot or exact error text after removing customer and credential data.

Safe first checks

  • Open the app from Shopify Admin, then confirm the page is published and the SwiftPage theme-app-extension block is enabled.
  • Confirm the account owner approved the plan and any required Shopify scopes.
  • Retry once with a current session before assuming a page or draft was lost.
  • Check the Shopify and Cloudflare status pages before changing configuration.

Privacy and account requests

Use the same support channel for data access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export requests. Include the store domain and request type, but no sensitive records. Uninstalling starts Shopify’s compliance lifecycle; the privacy policy explains the remaining deletion process.
