Manage Plans and Billing

What does this do for me?

SwiftPage billing runs through Shopify. You choose a plan inside the app, approve the charge on Shopify, and it appears on your Shopify invoice.

Plans

Growth, Pro, and Scale offer Monthly or Annual (2 months free) billing. Agency is arranged directly with sales.

1. Open Billing

  1. In the app, open Billing.
  2. The Current plan section shows your plan and how many pages you have published, for example Pro - 12/50 pages.

2. Choose an interval and plan

  1. Under Plans, select Monthly or Annual (2 months free).
  2. Select your plan’s action button. Upgrade plans show Upgrade, lower plans show Downgrade, and your current plan shows Selected.
  3. On the secure Shopify page, approve the charge. Until you approve it, no charge applies.
When the change completes, SwiftPage shows Plan updated.

3. Cancel a subscription

  1. On Billing, in the Cancel subscription section, select Cancel subscription.
  2. Confirm in the Cancel subscription? dialog by selecting Cancel subscription again, or select Keep subscription to stop.
Your store returns to the Free plan and publishing limits apply. Pages you published beyond the Free allowance stay live, but you cannot publish more until you upgrade again.

Trials

A shop’s first paid subscription includes a 14-day free trial. Cancelling, re-subscribing, or switching paid plans does not start another trial.

Test billing and development stores

  • On a store set to test billing, charges are Shopify test charges and do not unlock plan features.
  • A Shopify-verified development store receives Agency features and page allowance, shown separately from its Shopify subscription.
