Data we process

Safe Bulk processes Shopify shop, staff, product, file, customer, and company data only as needed to provide governed bulk operations. Imported files, diffs, approvals, audit events, rollback snapshots, and subscription state are stored for the merchant workspace.

Use and sharing

We use data to provide, secure, support, and improve Safe Bulk. Service providers may process limited data for hosting, storage, email delivery, error monitoring, and optional analytics. We do not sell merchant or customer data.

Retention and deletion

Import artifacts and operational records are retained while the app is installed or as required for the service. Signed Shopify privacy webhooks produce customer exports, redact customer-linked data, and delete shop data after uninstall. Customer export links expire after seven days.

Security and rights

Tenant isolation, access controls, encryption in transit, and audit records protect stored data. Merchants can contact support for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. Shopify customers should first contact the merchant that controls their data.
