Service

Abandoned Cart Pro provides an embedded admin workflow for reviewing abandoned checkouts and converting selected checkouts into editable draft orders.

The merchant is responsible for confirming that any draft order, invoice, or follow-up communication is accurate before sending it to a customer.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must maintain valid platform credentials, configure required permissions, review created draft orders, comply with consumer protection and privacy laws, and avoid using the app with unauthorized customer data.

​

Availability and support

No specific uptime service level is promised unless a separate written agreement states one.

​

Fees

The app has Free, Pro, and Advanced plans, with monthly and annual paid options; Shopify presents the subscription confirmation before the merchant approves the charge.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pcnaid Inc. is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or merchant decisions made after reviewing or sending draft orders. The app is provided for operational support and does not replace merchant review.

Termination

Merchants may uninstall the app through their admin. Pcnaid Inc. may suspend access when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform-policy compliance.
