# Dashboard Overview

## What does this do for me?

The **Dashboard** shows every location's status in one place — alerts, permit health, expiring COAs, OCR reviews, purchase inquiries, and notifications — so you know which store needs attention today.

## View the dashboard

After sign-in, TexasVerified opens the dashboard. The page reads **Where your business stands across every location, and which store needs you today.**

### Stat cards

Four summary cards show counts across all locations:

* **Locations** — total active retail locations.
* **Active permits** — current permit count.
* **COAs expiring** — certificates of analysis near expiry.
* **OCR reviews** — documents flagged for review after intake.

### Alerts

The **Alerts** section lists location-level issues such as missing permits, expired certificates, or compliance gaps. Each alert links to the location that needs action.

### Locations

Each location card shows the location name, a **Public page** link, and a **Certificate** link. Click a location name to open its per-location overview.

### Purchase inquiries

The **Purchase inquiries** table lists supplier requests with columns for **Supplier**, **Detected item**, **Qty**, **Status**, and **Action**.

### Notification feed

The **Notification feed** shows recent events across your organization — permit status changes, certificate updates, and team activity. Use the bell icon in the sidebar to open notifications.

## Related tasks

From the dashboard, choose **Upload document** to open the Drive, or select a location to manage compliance, certificates, or catalog.
