Merchant Documentation

What does this do for me?

The member portal keeps your organization and each retail location separate. A location has its own member number, certificate, catalog, permits, compliance checklist, and document drive, so one store’s record is not blended with another’s. After sign-in, a new retailer creates an organization and first location. The portal then provides these implemented work areas:
  • Dashboard: organization-wide alerts, location summaries, inquiries, and notifications.
  • Locations: store-specific Compliance, Path to Verified, Certificates, and Catalog tabs.
  • Drive: uploads, document sections, recent files, and location-specific email-to-upload addresses.
  • Organization & locations: legal-entity details, location management, evidence links, and auditor access decisions.
  • Settings: team, billing, storage, and public-page fields.
An organization without an active paid subscription is held at the plan picker until billing activates its tier.
