# Quickstart

## What is TexasVerified?

TexasVerified is a compliance, inventory, and verification platform for Texas retailers. It provides a member portal for retailer organizations, a separate auditor portal for government users, and a staff/admin portal, fanned out by server-resolved role.

## Sign-in model

Interactive authentication uses Auth0 sessions. Role resolution happens server-side:

* `admin` → `/admin` (staff console)
* `auditor` → `/audit` (auditor portal)
* Everyone else → retailer `/dashboard` (member portal; an org-less account continues to `/onboarding`)

Native mobile routes accept Auth0 bearer tokens verified by JWKS.
