## 1. Commitment to Accessibility

Pcnaid Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards across our public websites, marketing pages, merchant portals, and checkout components.

## 2. Conformance Standard (WCAG 2.1 AA)

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Our web applications and checkout surfaces are engineered to meet or exceed **WCAG 2.1 Level AA** conformance standards.

## 3. Key Accessibility Implementations

* **Contrast Ratios**: Text elements are tested to achieve a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for body copy and 3.0:1 for large display headlines across both dark and light modes.
* **Keyboard Navigation**: All links, buttons, and form inputs are navigable using standard keyboard tab keys with visible `:focus-visible` indicators.
* **Screen Reader Compatibility**: We utilize semantic HTML5 landmarks (`<header>`, `<main>`, `<nav>`, `<footer>`) and descriptive `aria-label` tags on interactive controls and diagrams.
* **Motion Restraint**: All CSS transitions and animations honor the user's operating system `prefers-reduced-motion` preference.
* **Touch Targets**: Interactive touch targets are sized at or above 44×44 pixels to ensure usability on mobile touchscreens.
