Merchants must strictly comply with all third-party provider terms governing our integration:

## 3. Prohibited Activities & Merchandise

You may not use Pcnaid Lifecycle Manager to facilitate, process, or sell:

* Illegal goods, unlicensed narcotics, prescription drugs without proper licensing, or counterfeit items;

## 4. Permitted Specialized & High-Risk Verticals

Pcnaid supports legally compliant merchants in specialized verticals (including legal CBD, hemp, supplements, nutraceuticals, firearms accessories, and specialty retail) provided the Merchant has received explicit underwriting approval through Stripe Connect or an authorized acquiring partner and holds all applicable federal, state, and local licenses.

## 5. Enforcement & Revocation

Pcnaid continuously monitors domain verification status and transaction fraud signals. Any store found violating this AUP is subject to immediate suspension, certificate revocation, and report to regulatory and network authorities where required.
