# Signing In and Account Access

> How to access the Lifecycle Manager merchant dashboard, manage passwords, and secure your merchant account.

# Signing In and Account Access

The Pcnaid Lifecycle Manager for Apple Pay® dashboard is located at `https://lifecyclemanager.app`. It serves as the primary administrative portal for configuring domain verification, viewing transactions, issuing refunds, managing team access, and updating notification settings.

## Sign in to your merchant account

1. Navigate to `https://lifecyclemanager.app/login`.
2. Enter your authorized merchant email address and password.
3. If two-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled for your tenant, enter the time-based one-time passcode (TOTP) from your authenticator app.
4. Click **Sign in**. Upon successful verification, you will be redirected to the merchant overview or your current setup step.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Authentication is powered by Auth0 Universal Login using industry-standard RS256/JWKS signature verification. Your session token is issued as an encrypted, HTTP-only `__session` cookie with strict SameSite protection to prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

## Password resets & credential updates

If you forget your password or need to rotate credentials:

1. On the sign-in page (`https://lifecyclemanager.app/login`), click **Forgot password?** (or navigate to `/auth/reset-password`).
2. Enter your registered email address and submit the form.
3. Check your inbox for a password-reset email from Auth0. Click the link within the 24-hour expiration window to establish a new password.
4. From within an active dashboard session, you can trigger password updates directly by navigating to **Settings > Account access** and selecting **Manage password in Auth0** (`/settings/security`).

## Signing out

To end your active session across all devices:

1. Open **Settings** from the left navigation rail.
2. Under the **Account access** card, click **Sign out** (or navigate to `/auth/logout`).
3. Your active Auth0 session and edge session tokens will be invalidated immediately.
