# Sign In and Onboard Your Firm

> Create your account, choose a plan, and set up your firm workspace for the first time.

# Sign In and Onboard Your Firm

## What does this do for me?

This guide takes you through creating an account, selecting a plan, and creating your firm so the rest of Legal Hub is ready to use.

## 1. Sign up or sign in

Open [the Legal Hub sign-in page](https://app.legalhub.pndsvcs.com/login) and choose **Sign up** to create a new account or sign in with your existing Auth0 credentials. Legal Hub uses **Auth0 Universal Login** with PKCE; no password is stored in the application.

## 2. Choose a plan and complete checkout

After signing in with zero memberships, Legal Hub shows the onboarding screen. Choose **Starter** or **Pro** to begin **Stripe Checkout**. The trial period defaults to 30 days. After checkout completes, the webhook activates your subscription.

## 3. Create your firm

On the onboarding form, enter your firm name and select your practice area. Choose **Create firm**. Legal Hub creates the organization, sets you as the owner with a **firm\_admin** membership, and opens your firm workspace.

## 4. Confirm you are in the right organization

Open **Settings** and check **Active organization**. If you belong to more than one organization, select the correct one before working with records.
