# Set Up Your Firm Workspace

## What does this do for me?

This setup puts you in the right organization, lets you review the name and colors clients see, and gives authorized staff a place to invite users.

## 1. Sign in

Open [the Legal Hub sign-in page](https://app.legalhub.pndsvcs.com/login) and complete the hosted sign-in flow. Legal Hub opens the firm workspace for an internal membership and the client portal for a client-only membership.

## 2. Select the organization

1. Open **Settings**.
2. Find **Active organization**.
3. Choose the organization you want to work in.

Legal Hub checks that you have a membership in the selected organization. All later workspace requests use that organization until you change it.

## 3. Review branding

Open **Settings**, then **Branding**. The implemented form includes the app name, email sender name, logo and favicon, primary and accent colors, reply-to email, app and portal hosts, and privacy and terms links.

Choose **Save branding** after making changes. Your permissions determine whether the update is allowed.

## 4. Invite a user

1. Open **Settings**, then **Team members**.
2. Choose **Invite member**.
3. Enter the name and email.
4. Choose **Client portal user** or **Firm/internal user**.
5. Choose a role and default dashboard, then select **Send invite**.

The membership screen also lets authorized users suspend or reactivate a membership.
