# Firm User Documentation

## What does this do for me?

This track helps law-firm staff get into the correct firm workspace and begin the two core records used throughout Legal Hub: clients and matters.

## Sign in and choose a firm

Open [the Legal Hub sign-in page](https://app.legalhub.pndsvcs.com/login). The app sends you to its hosted sign-in flow. After sign-in, your active membership determines whether you see the firm workspace or the client portal.

If you belong to more than one organization, open **Settings** and choose an **Active organization** before working with records. The app uses that selection for later requests.

## What is in the firm workspace?

The navigation includes the Dashboard, Clients, Matters, Tasks, Intakes, Forms, Documents, Invoices, Time & Expenses, Trust/IOLTA, Appointments, Inbox, Practice Tools, Reports, AI Assistant, and Settings. What you can read or change still depends on your membership, role, and permissions.

Client users are directed to a separate portal with My Matters, Documents, Invoices, Forms, Appointments, Messages, and Settings.

## Start here

> **[Set up your firm workspace](https://docs.pcnaid.com/nodes/web-apps/legalhub/merchant/guides/set-up-your-firm-workspace.md)**
>
> Select the right organization, review branding, and invite firm or client users.

> **[Create a client and matter](https://docs.pcnaid.com/nodes/web-apps/legalhub/merchant/guides/create-a-client-and-matter.md)**
>
> Create a client record, then open a matter linked to that client.
