# KeylessSSL partner documentation

# KeylessSSL partner documentation

The verified application-level way for an external collaborator to work with a KeylessSSL customer is through organization membership or a scoped API key.

## Organization access

An owner or admin can add a team membership by email from **Settings** and assign one of four roles:

| Role | Verified access model |
| - | - |
| Owner | Can manage team membership, organization settings, billing, and product resources. |
| Admin | Can manage team membership, organization settings, billing, and product resources. |
| Operator | Can change domains, issue or sync certificates, and manage webhooks, but cannot manage the team or billing. |
| Read only | Can inspect supported resources but cannot run state-changing domain, certificate, or webhook operations. |

For automation, an owner, admin, or operator can create an API key with only the domain, certificate, webhook, or audit scopes the integration needs. API keys cannot manage organization settings.

## Partner program status

An affiliate program, commission structure, reseller agreement, co-marketing workflow, revenue example, and downloadable partner contract are **not yet documented — implementation not verified** in the KeylessSSL repository.

Do not promise those commercial terms from this documentation. A human product owner must supply and approve them before partner-program pages can be added.
