# Review the audit log

> Search organization events by actor, action, and target in the audit log.

# Review the audit log

## What does this do for me?

The audit log records every action taken in your organization. You can review who did what and when for security and compliance.

## View the log

1. Open **Audit Log**.
2. The table shows recent events in reverse chronological order.

## Search events

1. In the search box, type query text to find matching events.
2. Use the action filter to narrow by specific actions, such as domain creation or certificate issuance.

Each event shows the actor, the action performed, the target resource, and a timestamp.

The log covers actions across domains, certificates, API keys, webhooks, and organization settings. Events are immutable once recorded.
