## 1. Service Description

HouseholdOS is a household operations application that provides shared calendars, task and chore management, budget and bill tracking, shopping lists, inventory management, and document storage for your household.

## 2. Accounts and Membership

You must create an account through Auth0 to use HouseholdOS. Household owners control membership and roles (Owner, Adult, Teen, Child, Guest, Co-parent). You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.

## 3. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter into HouseholdOS. We do not sell your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HouseholdOS for unlawful purposes or to upload malware. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

## 5. Service Availability

HouseholdOS is provided on an as-is basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

HouseholdOS is a tool for household organization. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on budget or bank data displayed in the application. Linked bank data is provided for reference and may have delays.

## 7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
