> Privacy policy for HouseholdOS household operations data and user information.

# Privacy Policy

**Last Updated:** October 26, 2026

## 1. Overview

Pcnaid Inc. ("Pcnaid," "we," "our," or "us") operates HouseholdOS, a household operations application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

## 2. Information We Collect

**Account Information:** When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication identifier through Auth0. You control the household name, address, and time zone you provide.

**Household Data:** HouseholdOS stores the data you enter: tasks, chores, calendar events, bills, budget categories and transactions, shopping lists, inventory items, floor plans, notes, documents, contacts, and medical records. This data belongs to your household.

**Calendar Integration Data:** If you connect Google Calendar, we store OAuth tokens (AES-GCM encrypted) and sync event data one-way. Apple Calendar integrations use a read-only ICS feed URL.

**Bank Data:** If you link a bank account through Stripe Financial Connections, we receive account metadata, balances, and transaction history. We never receive unencrypted bank account numbers.

**Usage Data:** We collect anonymized performance telemetry through PostHog and Sentry to improve the application.

## 3. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the HouseholdOS service: display your household data, send notifications, sync calendars, generate chore schedules, and process bank data you authorize.

## 4. Data Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality agreements:

* Auth0 (identity management)
* Cloudflare (hosting, edge routing, file storage)
* Azure / PostgreSQL (database)
* Stripe (financial data processing)
* Resend (email delivery)
* Twilio (SMS delivery)
* OpenAI (AI assistant responses, when used)
* PostHog and Sentry (anonymized telemetry)

## 5. Data Retention

You can delete your household data at any time through the Data Admin settings. We retain transaction audit records only as required by tax and financial compliance regulations.

## 6. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data through the application or by emailing [privacy@pcnaid.com](mailto:privacy@pcnaid.com).
