# Terms of Service

## Service description

EntityShield is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for business entity management, permit tracking, governance filings, compliance health scoring, and related services. It is operated by Pcnaid Inc.

## Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

## Subscription and billing

EntityShield offers per-entity monthly pricing across several plan tiers. Current plans and prices are shown on the billing page in the app. Subscription management, including plan changes and cancellation, is available through the billing page. Billing is processed by Stripe.

## Acceptable use

You agree to use EntityShield only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store or transmit unlawful material, violate others' rights, or interfere with the service's operation.

## Data ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into EntityShield. Pcnaid Inc does not claim ownership over your entity, permit, or filing data.

## Limitation of liability

EntityShield is provided as a compliance tracking tool and does not constitute legal advice. Pcnaid Inc is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
