# Manage your team

> Invite team members, assign roles, and manage access to entities and locations.

# Manage your team

## What does this do for me?

The team page lets you invite colleagues, see who has access to your account, and manage their workspace memberships.

## Open team

1. Sign in at `entityshield.app`.
2. Select **Team** in the sidebar.

## Invite a team member

1. Select **Invite User**.
2. Enter the person's email address.
3. Choose a role. Roles control what the member can see and do. The **Executive** role is not offered in the invitation picker; it is assigned separately from the entity's **People** tab.
4. Select **Send Invitation**. The person receives an email with a link to accept.

## View team members

The team page shows two tabs:

* **Members** — lists every user in your account with their display name, email, role, and status.
* **Workspace Memberships** — shows entity and location workspace assignments for each member.

## Remove a member

Find the member in the list. Open their menu and select **Remove**. Confirm the action.

## Workspace role labels

Roles in the workspace portal include:

* **Owner** — full control over the workspace.
* **Manager** — manage content and members.
* **Staff** — access assigned modules.
* **Regional Manager** — manage content across multiple locations.
* **Executive** — executive read and write access.
