# Partner Documentation

DelegatedSSL implements an agency operating model. A signed-in organization can keep client records, manage domains, monitor domain status, and hand DNS verification to a client through a limited public page.

## Implemented agency workflow

| Organize customers | Create client records with a name and optional contact email, tags, and notes. |
| Manage domains | Add individual domains or bulk lists, then monitor validation and certificate status. |
| Brand the handoff | Set an agency name, logo URL, support email, primary color, handoff template, and optional custom portal domain. |
| Delegate DNS work | Create a verification link that shows the client the exact CNAME and provides a DNS check button. |
| Operate the portfolio | Use overview counts, domain states, reports, audit logs, team roles, billing, and support screens exposed by the portal. |

## Commercial partner program

Not yet documented — implementation not verified. The source repository does not define an affiliate program, commission schedule, co-marketing terms, reseller agreement, revenue examples, or downloadable partner contracts. Those details must be supplied and approved by a human before they can be documented.
