# Overview Dashboard

# Overview Dashboard

## What does this do for me?

The **Overview** dashboard shows your organization's domain health at a glance — KPI cards, a priority queue of domains that need attention, and usage bars for your plan limits.

## Dashboard sections

1. Sign in to `app.delegatedssl.com`. The **Overview** screen opens by default.

2. **KPI cards** at the top show total domains, active certificates, domains needing action, and domains blocked by CAA records.

3. The **priority queue** lists domains in **Action Needed** or **Blocked** status so you can address issues without scrolling through the full domain list.

4. **Usage bars** display your current domain count and team seat count against your plan's limits.

## Understanding domain status

Each domain is marked with one of four statuses:

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Active** | Certificate is valid and renewing automatically |
| **Action Needed** | DNS validation or certificate work is pending |
| **Blocked** | A CAA record or other issue prevents issuance |
| **Pending** | Initial setup or verification in progress |

The dashboard loads from `app.delegatedssl.com` — no configuration needed after sign-in.
