# Manage Provider Connections

## What does this do for me?

The **Providers** screen lists third-party integrations available to your tenant. You can enable or disable entitlements, set fallback routing, and check health and recent usage.

## View the provider catalog

1. Open **Providers** for the selected tenant.
2. Categories are shown as sections. Each provider card displays its key, display name, entitlement status, credential state, and last health check.
3. Recent usage events (up to three) are listed below each provider.

## Enable or disable a provider

1. Locate the provider card.
2. Select **Connect** to enable or **Disconnect** to disable.
3. A provider whose status is not available cannot be connected unless it has an existing entitlement.

## Set fallback order

1. In a category section, enter the comma-separated provider keys in the preferred order.
2. Select **Set route**.

## Understand credentials

Credentials may be stored as secure server-side references, pending configuration, or not required for the integration.
