# Manage company locations

## What does this do for me?

Locations give a company reusable shipping and billing destinations so staff can pick one during an order instead of retyping an address.

## Add a location

1. Open **Company locations**.
2. Select **Add location**.
3. Choose the **Company** and enter a **Location name**.
4. Under **Postal address**, fill in **Address line 1**, **Address line 2**, **City**, **State or province**, **Country**, and **Postal code**.
5. Under **Contact and defaults**, add a **Phone** and tick **Default location** if this should be used by default for company orders.
6. Save the location.

Locations belong to a B2B company. If none exist yet, the screen shows **Create a company first** with a **Create company** link.

## Edit or delete a location

1. On a row, select **Edit** to change any field. The form heading reads **Edit `<location name>`**.
2. To remove one, select **Delete** on the row and confirm with **Delete location**. The dialog warns the location cannot be restored after deletion.

## Understand the table

Columns are **Location**, **Company**, **Address**, **Default**, and **Actions**. The **Default** badge marks the default location; other rows read **No**. Empty cells read **Not set**. Use the **Search locations by name, company, or address** field; when nothing matches, the list shows **No locations match your search**.
