# Choose a plan and manage billing

## What does this do for me?

The **Billing** page shows your current plan, the features each plan enables, and lets you change plans. Paid subscriptions are approved and billed through Shopify.

## Compare plans

The page lists four plans:

* **Free** — \$0. Includes one wholesale tier, B2B login and hide-price controls, registration, tags, minimum-quantity and order limits, tax-exempt flags, manual net terms, and a basic quick-order grid.
* **Growth** — $19.99 every 30 days, or $199.90 every 365 days. Adds unlimited tiered and customer pricing, price lists, quantity breaks, keyboard quick order, manual draft orders, bulk CSV import and export, and multi-language or market login.
* **Premium** — $49.99 every 30 days, or $499.90 every 365 days. Adds audited sales-rep sessions, multi-user corporate accounts, purchasing approvals, company accounts, quote and RFQ approval, configurable VAT and tax rules, the merchant API and outbound webhooks, ERP connectors, and invoice PDF download.
* **Enterprise** — arranged with Pcnaid; not a self-service charge.

Growth and Premium each offer a 14-day introductory trial to a shop with no recorded prior paid-plan trial. The plan card shows a **`<n>`-day trial** badge, and **Billed annually. Two months free vs. monthly.** marks the annual cycle.

## Change your plan

1. Open **Billing**.
2. Under **Current plan**, choose **Choose `<plan>`** or use the plan's call-to-action button. The current tier shows **Current plan** instead.
3. Pick the **Billing cycle**: **Monthly** or **Annual (2 months free)**. If the cycle cannot be confirmed, the field shows **We could not confirm your current billing cycle. Reload this page to retry before changing plans.**
4. Confirm through Shopify's approval.
5. Select **Contact support** for Enterprise, which links to the support page with an Enterprise topic.

Selecting Free cancels every active app subscription and turns paid-only features off.

## Understand the sections

* **Current plan** shows your active tier and status.
* **Active features** lists the capabilities enabled on your plan. If none are, it reads **No features are enabled on this plan.**
* **Unavailable features** lists capabilities not enabled, with **These advertised capabilities are not enabled on any plan yet.** when the list is empty.
* **Testing controls** appears only on Shopify-verified development stores so you can simulate a lower tier.

## Notes

* Plans are approved through Shopify's in-app billing confirmation and reconciled by the app's subscription update webhook.
* A B2B customer seeking billing help should use **Contact support**; the subject line includes your shop. Never email passwords, tokens, or payment data.
