# Configure settings and locations

> View shop details, manage staff access, sync Shopify locations, and find support.

# Configure settings and locations

## What does this do for me?

Settings shows your shop info, integration status, and staff access controls. Locations sync from Shopify or can be added manually.

## 1. Open Settings

Select **Settings** in the sidebar. The page is divided into four sections.

### Shop

Displays your shop name, store URL, contact email, current plan, and a **Billing** link to change or cancel the plan in Shopify checkout.

### Staff access

Grant role-based access to Shopify staff accounts:

1. Enter a **Shopify staff ID (GID)** — for example: `gid://shopify/StaffMember/42`.
2. Choose a role: **Member**, **Manager**, or **Admin**.
3. Select **Active** to enable access immediately.
4. Select **Save staff access**.

The table shows each staff ID, role, status, and who granted the access. Only the Shopify account owner can change the owner's role.

### Integrations

Shows the status of configured services: **Email**, **Text messages**, **AI scheduling**, and **File storage**. Each shows either **Configured** or **Not configured**.

## 2. Open Locations

Select **Team** and then the **Locations** tab.

### Add a location manually

1. Enter the **Shopify location ID (GID)**, **Name**, and optional **Address**.
2. Set the **Geofence metres** (25-5000, default 150) for distance checks during clock-in.
3. Select **Save location**.

### Sync locations from Shopify

Select **Sync from Shopify** to import all active Shopify locations automatically. The table shows each location's name, GID, address, geofence, and active status.
