# Set up commissions and billing

> Create commission rules, view weekly summaries, and manage your TeamCopilot subscription.

# Set up commissions and billing

## What does this do for me?

Commission rules calculate earnings from attributed sales. The Billing page manages your subscription plan.

## Commission rules

Select **Commissions** in the sidebar.

### Create a commission rule

Under **Create rule**:

1. Enter a **Name** for the rule.
2. Choose a **Type**:
   * **Fixed percent** — Commission as basis points (500 basis points = 5%).
   * **Fixed amount** — Commission as a whole cent amount.
   * **Goal bonus** — A bonus paid once when attributed sales during the rule's active dates meet a weekly sales goal.
3. For **Goal bonus** rules, enter the **Weekly sales goal (cents)**. The bonus is added once when attributed sales during the rule's active dates meet this goal.
4. Select **Create rule**.

The **Rules** table shows all active and inactive rules.

### View weekly summary

The **Weekly summary** table lists each team member's attributed sales and calculated commission for the current 7-day window.

## Billing and plans

Select **Billing** in the sidebar.

### Available plans

* **TeamCopilot Standard** — \$10/month, up to 10 active team members, 14-day free trial.
* **TeamCopilot Growth** — \$50/month, up to 50 active team members, 14-day free trial.

To start a trial or switch plans, select the button under a plan card. Shopify approves and manages every charge. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades follow Shopify standard timing. Switching never grants another trial.

### Cancel a subscription

If your plan is active and you are the Shopify account owner, select **Cancel subscription** at the bottom of the billing page and confirm.
